Karina is a functional nutritionist, personal trainer and yoga teacher. She completed her B.S. in Nutrition Science & Dietetics from Texas A&M University and soon after graduation, she began working and learning from experts in the field of functional and regenerative medicine. She is passionate about using a root cause approach when working with clients and has been doing so since 2016. She accounts for and evaluates all aspects of health, while tailoring individualized nutrition and lifestyle plans for each person. Her primary specialties include digestive disorders, metabolic imbalances and food sensitivities.
Karina has received additional training from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, the Functional Nutrition Lab, and Apex Energetics Clinical Seminars. With her love for human movement, she became a personal trainer (2016) and a yoga teacher (2017) to provide an even more comprehensive solution to clients. Karina’s focus is educating and empowering you to learn how your body works and give you the tools to achieve balance and optimal health!
